In order to help student organizations and groups meet conveniently, DigiPen allows individuals to reserve certain rooms on our campus.

To reserve a room, download and fill out the Room Use Agreement Form and submit it to the Front Desk (open 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday, excluding holidays). Be sure to check the room’s availability on before selecting it from the list at the bottom of the form. DigiPen rooms can only be reserved by members of the DigiPen community, and the person who makes the reservation must be in the room at all times.

Although DigiPen will attempt to honor all room reservations, it reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any room reservation if the room is needed for academic or other institutional purposes.
