As a student, your academic, social, mental, and physical well-being is a high priority during your time with us. As such, DigiPen offers a number of services to help foster the best possible educational experience both in and out of the classroom. Current students can access the following services (as well as others not listed below) via the Student Portal.
Academic Advising & Tutoring
Students at DigiPen can get help with their studies in a variety of ways. Faculty Mentors and Student Success Advisors help to guide students through the entirety of their academic careers. Additionally, one-on-one tutoring and study groups are available throughout the year.
Café and Campus Store
The Bits & Bytes Café is our main dining hall, offering three meals a day for students, faculty, and staff. The Campus Store sells snacks, school supplies, and DigiPen merchandise. Students may also use prepaid meal cards at both the café and store.
DigiPen offers a wide range of career services designed to help students connect with industry professionals and secure rewarding job offers upon graduation. With resources and events such as Career Fairs, frequent on-campus Company Days, and an online job portal, students have ample opportunities to build their professional prospects while still attending school.
DigiPen’s Counseling Center offers short-term counseling services for students who may be having social, mental, or emotional difficulties. For immediate crises, we recommend students call 911 or the 24/7 Crisis Line at (866) 427-4747, or go to an emergency room.
Disability Support Services
DigiPen’s Disability Support Services (DSS) Office works to ensure that students with disabilities receive equal access to educational services and campus facilities. The DSS Office also works with faculty and staff to provide appropriate accommodations for students on a case-by-case basis.
Library and AV Center
DigiPen’s Library gives students and faculty access to thousands of books, videos, board games, video games, and other media resources. In addition to academic support services, the library also provides career-related materials, A/V equipment, and more.
Transportation and Parking
Students have access to on-campus parking on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, DigiPen offers a free shuttle service for students, faculty, and staff that connects campus to the Redmond Transit Center and off-campus housing facilities.
