DigiPen works on a rolling admissions basis, meaning we accept and evaluate applications as they are submitted to us throughout the year. Once your application is submitted and you have provided all the required materials, you can typically expect to receive a decision within two-to-four weeks for undergraduate applications or four-to-six weeks for graduate applications.

We encourage you to complete your application and submit the required materials within four weeks of starting the application process. Please contact the Office of Admissions if you need more time to complete your application.

If you are planning to enroll in a college program during the next fall semester, this is a good time to ramp up your college search and begin preparing your applications. As a prospective DigiPen student, we encourage you to:
  • Visit DigiPen and attend a Preview Day, or arrange to be a Student Shadow
  • Start gathering information for your application, including your official transcripts, official test scores, letters of recommendation, and any other documentation
  • Begin submitting your application
