Below, you will find details about applying to one of DigiPen’s undergraduate (bachelor’s degree) programs. Be sure to choose the correct degree, as the requirements and additional materials (such as personal statements and portfolios) are specific to each program. Please contact our Office of Admissions if you need clarification on any of the application requirements.

Introducing No Fee Fall

Start your application between October 15 and November 15, 2025, and we’ll automatically waive the $60 application fee! Please contact us at admissions@digipen.edu with any questions about No Fee Fall.

Upcoming Deadlines

Be among the first to apply! Submit your completed application by this date to receive a decision by mid‑December and priority access to our first‑come, first‑served scholarships, such as our Merit and Dragon Opportunity Scholarships.

Submit your completed application by this date to receive a decision by mid‑February and priority consideration for our Dragon Opportunity Scholarship and other DigiPen scholarships. Most applications are received by this date.

Submit your completed application by this date to receive an admissions decision before our June 1 DigiPen Housing deadline. Only admitted students may apply for housing.

Submit your completed application by this date for the remaining spots in our Fall 2026 incoming class. Your application and all materials must be submitted by this date.

Spring 2026 Application Deadline

Submit your application by this date to guarantee your spot (upon admission) in the Spring 2026 incoming class.


Spring 2026 enrollment is available for the following undergraduate programs:

All students starting in the spring semester are required to enroll in the following summer semester to complete their program’s second semester courses. Students who do not register for summer classes will be administratively withdrawn. This policy is consistent with requirements for fall start students and ensures students stay on track with their academic progress.

  • Bachelor of Science (All)

    • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science in Artificial Intelligence

  • Bachelor of Arts in Game Design

    The application to the Bachelor of Arts in Game Design program includes a design portfolio requirement unique to the program.

  • Bachelor of Arts in Music and Sound Design

    The application to the Bachelor of Arts in Music and Sound Design program requires the submission of a portfolio, including pre-recorded performances.

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts in Digital Art and Animation

    The application to the Bachelor of Arts in Digital Art and Animation degree includes the submission of an art portfolio produced by the applicant.
