Campus Hours

Our Redmond, WA campus is open every day. Both buildings are accessible at different times. Please check when the front desk and security desk are open as their hours are not the same.

  • Campus Hours: 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m. (midnight)
  • Front Desk Hours: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
  • Security Desk Hours: Open all day.
  • IT Help Desk Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)
  • The Wing: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Monday through Friday)

Shuttle Hours

Our free shuttle service connects the campus to nearby DigiPen Housing units. Take a look at our shuttle service section for more information. Do take note, times will vary based on the current academic calendar and pickup location.

  • Shuttle Hours: 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Cafe and Dragon Shop Hours

Stop by the Bytes Cafe & Lounge or browse our selection of merchandise and snacks at our Dragon Shop. Both services are open every weekday. Our online Dragon Shop is always available from the comfort of your device.

  • Bytes Cafe & Lounge Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
  • Dragon Shop Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Library Hours

Visit the DigiPen Library to check out a variety of resources including books, board games, video games, DVDs, and other relevant equipment. The library is closed on weekends, during federal U.S. holidays, and during intersession between semesters. See our Calendar for the start and end times of our fall, spring, and summer semesters. Hours differ based on the semester. See our Library page for more details.

Fall and Spring

  • Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Summer

  • Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Academic Support Lab Hours

The Academic Support Lab at DigiPen Institute of Technology is used for individual and group tutoring sessions. The lab is closed during federal U.S. holidays and weekends. The lab closes the Friday before Finals week each semester and reopens the second week of the semester. Hours differ based on the semester, and there may be gaps in the schedule due to available tutors. An updated schedule is available on the Academic Support Lab Teams page and posted in The Wing. Fall and Spring

  • Monday through Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Summer

  • Monday through Friday: 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
