DigiPen students may study at any of our three campuses worldwide. The Campus Exchange program allows students to continue their studies while experiencing life abroad. Students in good academic standing may apply to study for one or two semesters at a different DigiPen campus after completing at least one year at their home campus. Applications can be submitted during the first year to attend another campus for the fall semester of their second year. Campus Exchanges may include fall, spring, and optionally summer semesters, either at one or two host campuses.

Participants remain degree-seeking students at their home campus and must graduate from there. F1 international students cannot exchange in their final semester and must obtain approval from International Student Affairs.

Credits earned at the host campus with a C- or better will transfer back as appropriate. Exchange students are classified as Non-Degree Seeking at the host campus. Financial aid recipients must ensure courses align with their approved degree plan.

Any current student who is interested in participating in the Campus Exchange program should contact their Student Success Advisor or the Office of the Registrar. Please see the current version of the course catalog for full policy and details.
