We are excited to welcome new Dragons to our 2026 Admitted Dragon Day! This special introductory event will feature identical on-campus activities held on both April 4 and May 16 — so feel free to attend Admitted Dragon Day on whichever day best fits your schedule.

Whichever date you choose, we’re excited to welcome you to campus. You’ll have a chance to hear from Chris Comair, DigiPen’s Chief Operating Officer, as well as faculty members and student support staff as you learn more about on-campus resources and the first-year student experience. You’ll also get some time to meet your future classmates at a New Dragon Social during the evening of both event dates!

Admitted Dragon Day Schedule

Whichever event date you attend, you’re sure to get the full Dragon experience.

Saturday, April 4 or Saturday, May 16, 2026

  • 9:00–9:50 a.m. PDT: Check in at Main Entrance
  • 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PDT: Welcome Talk and Faculty Panel/Graduate Students Session
  • 12:00–1:00 p.m. PDT: Lunch
  • 1:00–2:00 p.m. PDT: Next Steps with Admissions and Financial Aid
  • 2:10–4:00 p.m. PDT: Choose Your Breakout Session: Resource Fair and Self-Guided Tour, Bytes Cafe & Lounge and Dragon Shop, Financial Aid Appointments, Admissions Counselor Meetings, Information Sessions
  • 4:30–6:30 p.m. PDT: New Dragon Social (admitted students only) and Student Supporter Mixer (families, supporters, and guardians only)

Registration

You’ll need your login credentials you used during the application process to register for Admitted Dragon Day.
