Accepted Student Open House (ASOH) is an annual event held each spring for future and prospective students who have applied and been accepted for the coming fall semester. This is a great opportunity to get better acquainted with our facilities, hear from the faculty, and have your questions answered about housing, financial aid, classes, and more. 

Most of all, you will learn the secret to DigiPen’s success: our students. The relationships made here will guide you over the next four years and the rest of your life. This is your chance to get started early.

Spring Online Accepted Student Open House Schedule

This spring, we are hosting a four-day Online Accepted Student Open House (OASOH) event for students admitted to start in Fall 2021. Join us for any or all of the sessions to get your questions answered live and connect with the DigiPen community.

Welcome to DigiPen!

  • Tuesday, April 13
  • 3:00 - 5:00 P.M. PDT

You will have the opportunity to attend the OASOH main event as well as a series of supplemental sessions throughout the week; whether you’re interested in housing, getting to know the area, or a Q&A Panel with DigiPen info wizards, we’ve got you covered!

This session includes:

  • Welcome Talk with DigiPen Founder and President Claude Comair
  • Presentations by Student Life, Admissions, and Financial Aid 
  • Student Panel 
  • Breakout Sessions with Degree Program Directors
  • Optional Activity: Accepted Students Mixer

DigiPen Housing 

  • Wednesday, April 14
  • 3:00 - 4:00 P.M. PDT

So what exactly does a DigiPen housing unit look like? How are roommates selected? What do the facilities look like? If you have ever had questions like these, look no further! Join us for a session tailored towards answering your questions in real-time with our staff and students.

This session includes:

  • Presentation by DigiPen Housing Staff 
  • Student Panel with DigiPen Resident Assistants 
  • Housing Walkthrough Video

Get to Know the Seattle Area

  • Thursday, April 15
  • 3:00 - 4:00 P.M. PDT

Rejoice, DigiPen is located in a bastion of technological achievement! Within 20 miles of our campus, there are hundreds of companies that cater to software development, game development, interactive media, and more. Join us to learn about the area where you’ll be studying and what it can offer you outside of the classroom!

This session includes:

  • Overview of the Seattle-Redmond Area
  • Student Panel
  • Optional Activity: Breakout session for international students
