We’re excited to welcome new Dragons to Admitted Dragon Day! This special introductory event is set for May 16, 2026, and features on-campus activities for future students who have applied and been admitted for the coming Fall 2026 semester.

You’ll have a chance to hear from Chris Comair, DigiPen’s Chief Operating Officer, as well as faculty members and student support staff as you learn more about on-campus resources and the first-year student experience. You’ll also get some time to meet your future classmates at a New Dragon Social during the evening!

Admitted Dragon Day Schedule

Get the full Dragon experience with group talks, dedicated sessions, and a social event to wrap up the day.

Saturday, May 16, 2026

  • 9:00–9:50 a.m. PDT: Check in at Main Entrance
  • 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. PDT: Welcome Talk and Faculty Panel/Graduate Students Session
  • 12:00–1:00 p.m. PDT: Lunch
  • 1:00–2:00 p.m. PDT: Next Steps with Admissions and Financial Aid
  • 2:10–4:00 p.m. PDT: Choose Your Breakout Session: Resource Fair and Self-Guided Tour, Bytes Cafe & Lounge and Dragon Shop, Financial Aid Appointments, Admissions Counselor Meetings, Information Sessions
  • 4:30–6:30 p.m. PDT: New Dragon Social (admitted students only) and Student Supporter Mixer (families, supporters, and guardians only)
