Making Housing Payments

Do not mail cash. Cash payments are only accepted by walk-ins during office hours. Retain receipts for your records. 

• Make check or money order payable to DigiPen Housing LLC
• Write down the student's name on the check or money order

You may drop off your check or money order at the Accounting Department during office hours or mail to:

eCheck payment is not subject to a convenience fees.

In order to process the eCheck payment, you will need the following information:

• Student’s full name
• Student’s ID number
• Bank routing number
• Bank account number
• Amount

We accept credit card payments through the Tuition Management System portal for which there will be a 2.75 % convenience fee added to the amount of the bill.  

You can access to the payment portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

• Student’s full name
• Student’s  number
• Credit card information
• Amount

We accept payments through the Peer Transfer Portal. These payments are not subject to additional bank fees.
