Housing Costs for 2019-2020

Prices are per resident for the entire 8-month academic year, but do not change if a roommate vacates the apartment. Each resident must pay a $300 deposit for their housing application. Once assigned an apartment, deposits are not refunded if an applicant cancels. Deposits are refunded if an applicant defers or if we are unable to place the applicant.
