Costs for Fall 2021 - Spring 2022 Housing

Once assigned an apartment, deposits are not refunded if an applicant cancels. Deposits are refunded if an applicant defers or if we are unable to place the applicant. See the Apply for Housing page for a complete list of important dates and deadlines for the fall 2021 - spring 2022 housing.
