Café Features


A rotating menu of breakfast foods, including:

  • Yogurt parfaits with fresh fruit and house-made granola
  • Assorted cold cereal with 2-percent and whole milk
  • Assorted baked goods, made fresh daily
  • Hot Breakfast featuring freshly scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, Belgian waffles, cinnamon swirl french toast, and pancakes. Available as a full breakfast or a la carte.

Daily Entrées

  • All entrées made from scratch with care by our chefs. We cut our own meats and make our own sauces.
  • Rotating menu features a mix of international flavors and comfort food.

Soup Bar

A rotating selection of soups, including:

  • Daily vegetarian option
  • Fresh baked ciabatta and butter
  • Rotating soup options include clam chowder, seafood gumbo, fire-roasted tomato, chicken noodle, minestrone, cream of mushroom, corn chowder, chili, and loaded baked potato.

Salad Bar

A large selection of vegetables and toppings to create your own salad, including:

  • Artisan field greens and romaine hearts
  • Hummus, tabouleh, and baba ghanoush
  • Cucumbers, heirloom tomatoes, julienned carrots, and red cabbage
  • Hard-boiled eggs, diced ham, diced turkey, and bacon bits
  • Broccoli, marinated mushrooms, curried cauliflower, and corn salsa
  • Sliced red onions, house-made pickles, olives, pickled turnips, and peperoncini
  • Five-bean salad, pasta salad, chicken salad, potato salad
  • Assorted dressings (all vinaigrette dressings made in house), oil and vinegar
  • Shredded cheddar cheese, bleu cheese crumbles
  • Pudding, Jell-O, Fresh Fruit, Cottage Cheese


All sandwiches are made to order, served from lunch through dinner, and can be created from a variety of fresh ingredients, including:

  • Fresh Baked Breads: baguettes, whole wheat pita, kaiser roll, foccacia
  • Fresh Meats: top round roast beef, turkey, black forest ham, Genoa salami, pepperoni, house made tuna salad, egg salad
  • Sliced Cheese: Cheddar, swiss, provolone, pepper jack, American
  • Vegetables: Green leaf lettuce, sliced red onion, tomatoes, sliced olives, peperoncini, bell peppers

Oven-Baked Pizzas

DigiPen serves gourmet pizza cooked in a Wood Stone oven Monday through Friday at lunch and dinner. Pizza is available by the slice or as a whole pie for dine-in or take-out. The Café features a specialty pie of the day, including DigiMac and cheese with bacon, BBQ chicken, chicken bacon ranch, and BBQ bacon cheeseburger.
