Interfase - An online database that companies and organizations can use to post employment opportunities for DigiPen Institute of Technology students and graduates. Employers can also search students' profiles and resumes and allow students to view their organization in an Employer Directory.

Confidentiality of Personal Information

• CSO Research, the parent company of Interfase, has taken great lengths to build a secure database. CSO Research does not sell your personal information to anyone for any reason. Your personal information is used to assist you in locating qualified applicants or for the creation of confidential aggregate hire reports.

DigiPen’s Posting and Non-Discrimination Policy

• Career Services will make every effort to post an employment opportunity within two business days of receiving it.
• All jobs and internships posted must be bona fide employment opportunities paying at least minimum wage. Other business ventures, including opportunities that require an initial investment, involve multi-level marketing or are independent contracting, are excluded from posting. This policy extends to job boards and our web-based database, Interfase, as well as on-campus recruiting activities, including career fairs.

CSO Research's Confidentiality and Privacy Policies

"Without the prior, written consent of the Licensee (DigiPen Institute of Technology), to be granted or withheld in its sole discretion, CSO shall not disseminate or divulge the Data to any person or entity, other than set forth herein. CSO shall limit access to the Data to such persons who have a need for access to the Data for the purpose of developing, upgrading, maintaining, servicing, installing or providing technical support in connection with the Software or providing legal or accounting advice to CSO concerning the software. CSO agrees that CSO shall ensure that all persons to whom it disclosed the Data shall keep the Data confidential. In the event that the license agreement for the Software is terminated, CSO shall destroy, and shall ensure that all persons to whom it has disclosed the Data shall destroy, all copies of the Data unless otherwise directed by the Licensee (DigiPen Institute of Technology)."
